The device management tools in VSA 10 are organized in the left hand navigation menu within the application under Modules. Click a link below or in the left navigation menu here in our online help to learn more: 

  • Dashboards: The Dashboards module displays the information in your database in a graphical format, allowing you to visualize and monitor the health of your estate at a glance. The customizable widgets available to add to dashboards allow you to showcase and analyze various categories of curated data. Refer to Dashboards.
  • Client Portal: The Client Portal module serves as a secure and branded interface facilitating communication and collaboration between your organization and your clients. In the Client Portal, end users can access information, communicate with representatives, and perform various tasks related to their accounts, services, or products. Refer to Client Portal.
  • Devices: The Devices module allows you to view and manage your customer devices using groups, roles and tags, as well as access to device notifications, device discovery and deployment tools, and other configurations. Refer to Devices.
  • Automation: The Automation module delivers a comprehensive set of features aimed at automating and standardizing numerous IT tasks across different device types.
