The VSA 10 Client Portal serves as a secure and branded interface facilitating communication and collaboration between your organization and your clients. In the Client Portal, end users can access information, communicate with representatives, and perform various tasks related to their accounts, services, or products.
By providing a Client Portal within your VSA 10 instance, you enhance transparency, efficiency, and collaboration, ultimately improving the overall client experience and strengthening the relationship between your organization and your clients.
The following key features are available in the VSA 10 Client Portal:

In order to use the Client Portal, end users are set up with their own accounts, with permissions defined by assigned Profiles. For more information on configuring end user accounts, refer to Client Portal end user accounts.

Profiles define what permissions an end user has in the Client Portal, such as whether they can initiate Conversations with technicians, and what Troubleshooters they have access to. For more information, refer to Client Portal profiles.

Conversations allow end users and technicians to have a secure, centralized location to communicate about open issues, share documents, and request assistance. For more information, refer to Client Portal conversations.
