Third-party integrations

VSA 10 integrates with a number of third-party applications that require a degree of setup and configuration. This document lists these integrations. Select an integration from the list below or using the left navigation menu to learn more.

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud	The Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud integration maps VSA 10 organizations to Acronis customer tenants, allowing provisioning and deprovisioning of VSA 10 customers in Acronis and protection plan assignment. Refer to Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud integration with VSA 10.
Bitdefender GravityZone	The Bitdefender GravityZone integration enables the provisioning of Kaseya VSA X organizations as GravityZone companies and provides automation for the Bitdefender security agent deployment. Refer to Bitdefender GravityZone integration with VSA 10.
ConnectWise	The ConnectWise Manage ticketing platform integration enables you to create tickets in your ConnectWise Service Desk board based on the notifications that are triggered by your monitored devices. Refer to ConnectWise Integration.
ESET	ESET Direct Endpoint Management integration establishes direct communication between ESET security products on your managed devices and VSA 10. This enables automated onboarding and monitoring, as well as automated actions via scripts and workflows to remedy issues reported by ESET. Refer to ESET Direct Endpoint Management plugin for VSA 10.
Webroot	The Webroot integration allows easy deployment and management of the Webroot Endpoint Protection application, as well as Webroot threat notifications, all through VSA 10. Refer to Configuring Webroot Endpoint Protection.
