VSA 10 provides multiple tools with which you can remotely manage a target device. This article describes the available options and how to access them.

How to...

You can access remote management options for your endpoints on the Device List page. To do so, perform the following steps.

  1. To access the Device List page, in the left navigation menu of your VSA 10 instance, click Devices > Device List.
  2. The page will load. You'll see a list of all of your managed endpoints, grouped by organization.
  1. Enter a partial or whole device name in the search bar at the top of the page. As you type, you'll notice the list of devices begins to filter to only those endpoints with attributes matching your search criteria. You can apply additional criteria to your search by selecting options from the Filter by list.

  2. Click any search result to populate the endpoint's extended details and management options in the device details pane.

  3. Scroll down to the Manage section.

  4. The following options will appear. Note that availability of these features may vary depending on the device type and your level of VSA access.
