Getting started with VSA 10
To get set up and running with VSA 10, follow the instructions in this guide to log in, configure basic settings, and start remotely managing devices.
Kaseya 365 customers
If you have purchased Kaseya 365 and are new to VSA 10, you will complete your initial setup steps in both KaseyaOne and VSA 10. Refer to Getting started with Kaseya 365 for information on the Kaseya 365 Setup Guide that the Implementation Contact for a new Kaseya 365 subscription follows.
The process involves activating the subscription modules and setting up KaseyaOne Unified Login.
If you are the Implementation Contact, have already started your Kaseya 365 Setup Guide, and are ready to activate and start using your new VSA 10 module, follow the instructions in the sections that follow.

The first time you log in to VSA 10, you will access the application through your unique account URL, which you can find in your Welcome to VSA 10 email. The VSA 10 login URL will be formatted as https://[companyname].vsax.net.
- Kaseya 365: If you are the Implementation Contact for a new Kaseya 365 subscription, you can access VSA 10 through your Welcome to VSA 10 email OR from the Activate link in your Kaseya 365 Setup Guide.
- Standalone VSA 10: If you are a standalone customer for VSA 10, you can access it initially using the link from your Welcome to VSA 10 email.
Login steps
- In your web browser, enter the URL for the VSA 10 account you are logging into.
- In the Username and Password fields, enter the username and password for your user account.
- Click Log In.
- If you have not configured your 2FA settings, you will be prompted to set up 2FA. Refer to Two-factor authentication
NOTE To get the most out of Kaseya 365, it is recommended that you enable KaseyaOne Unified Login for VSA 10. Refer to Unified Login with KaseyaOne for details.

If you are a Kaseya 365 customer, return to your Setup Guide to configure KaseyaOne Unified Login. After you complete this step, you will return to VSA 10 to complete the self-guided onboarding that launches automatically the first time you log in and will continue to prompt you to complete until you finish all your onboarding tasks.
If you are a standalone VSA 10 customer, it is also recommended that you configure KaseyaOne Unified Login for easy access to all your IT Complete modules.
Linking VSA 10 to KaseyaOne not only allows you to log in more easily but also helps to automate user creation in VSA 10. Complete the following steps to enable KaseyaOne Unified Login:
- Log in to VSA 10 and navigate to Administration > Configuration > Settings > Log In with KaseyaOne.
- Click Enable Log In with KaseyaOne.
- Log in to KaseyaOne as follows:
- Enter your KaseyaOne username and company name, and click Next.
- Enter your KaseyaOne password, and click Log In.
- Enter your two-factor authentication code, and click Verify.
- KaseyaOne will open and show VSA 10 in the Module URLs list.
- When you log in to VSA 10, you will now see the KaseyaOne app launcher (waffle) icon.
- Clicking the icon will show a list of the modules enabled for login with KaseyaOne underneath the My IT Complete heading.
- At the top, you will see a link to open KaseyaOne.
Kaseya Unified Login for VSA 10 is now enabled.
With KaseyaOne linked to VSA 10, you'll have access to all the features of the KaseyaOne Integration.

As a new user, there are some recommended next steps to learn more about VSA 10 and start configuring your account.
Self-guided onboarding
As a new VSA 10 administrator, taking the self-paced onboarding can quickly get you up to speed.
Self-guided onboarding is available in VSA 10 when the first administrator logs in. The onboarding will walk you through each part of the application that needs to be configured for your company to start using the product right away.
A welcome shoutout will appear the first time you log in. If another message appears, you will need to refresh the page to see your welcome shoutout:
You can access your onboarding any time from the graduation cap icon in the header of VSA 10.
You can also take advantage of the setup checklist in your VSA 10 account to complete essential onboarding tasks and watch tutorial videos. Access this page from the left navigation menu via Onboarding > Setup Checklist.
