Minimum system requirements for VSA 10 agents

In order for the VSA 10 Agent to work properly on your managed endpoints, you'll want to ensure they meet the minimum system requirements below.

NOTE  In addition to the below requirements, in order for proper communication between the VSA 10 Agent and the VSA 10 server, you will need to ensure the networks where the managed endpoints are located have the proper IP Addresses allowlisted. Refer to IP addresses used by the VSA 10 agent and email notifications.

Support for operating systems and versions not Identified Below

Any device running an operating system not listed below, or with a version older than the stated minimum, is unsupported. Although it may be possible to install the agent and some functionality may operate, please be aware that:

  • Kaseya does not test existing or new functionality on unsupported device types and cannot guarantee that functionality or connectivity to the platform will be maintained when releasing new product versions or updating infrastructure.
  • Kaseya may, at its discretion, explicitly block devices with unsupported and end-of-life operating systems from connecting to the platform without prior notification if required for platform security or regulatory compliance purposes.
