The Workflow Activity page shows the triggering time stamps of executed workflows and the individual devices on which workflows were executed.
From the left navigation menu in VSA 10, navigate to Automation > Workflow Activity.
The following criteria is displayed for the executed workflows:

| Name | Displays the name of the workflow. |
| Status | Displays the result of the executed workflow: Success or Failure. |
| Trigger | Displays the trigger of the workflow execution. |
| System |
Displays the name of the device on which the workflow was executed. |
| Context |
Displays which devices are affected by the workflow execution. NOTE Workflows of the Notification trigger type automatically apply to all devices. |
| Execution Time |
Displays the length of the execution. |
| Execution Date | Displays when the workflow was executed. |

You can filter the workflows by the following criteria using the Filter by drop-down menu:

| Status | Filter workflows based on their status. |
| Trigger type | Filters the workflows list based on their trigger type. |
| Trigger | Filters the workflows list based on the sub-trigger type if Notification or All types is selected as Trigger type. |
| Context | Filters the workflows list based on the selected context. After selecting the type of context, select the context in the second drop-down menu. |
| Execution Date | Filters the workflows list based on when the workflows were last executed. |
| Execution time | Filters the workflows list based on the time they took to execute. |
Click Apply to filter the workflows list by the selected criteria, or click Cancel to close out of the filter drop-down menu.
You can also enter keywords in the search bar to search for specific workflows. Press Enter on your keyboard to execute the search and narrow the list of results.
You can cancel in-progress and pending ad-hoc or scheduled workflows directly from the Workflow Activity page.
In order to cancel pending or in-progress workflows, apply the appropriate filtering to the page so the only in-progress, pending or scheduled workflows are visible on the page, refer to Applying filters. Once the filter is applied, click the Cancel Running button in the upper right corner. A dialogue box that confirms the workflows to be cancelled will pop up:
Click Confirm to cancel all listed running workflows.
Workflows that are in the process of being canceled will have the Cancelling status.
NOTE All workflow cancellation events are logged for auditing, including details about the user, device, workflow name, and timestamp.
NOTE Cancelling a workflow does not remove recurring schedules, only the currently running or pending instance will be canceled.
NOTE Workflows triggered by notifications cannot be canceled.
